Role Summary

  • Requires senior-level finance experience as a CFO, Finance Director or audit partner, and an individual who is a professionally qualified accountant.
  • Reviewing financial reports, audit findings, and management responses.
  • Contributing to discussions on budgets, reserves, and going concern.
  • Acting as a sounding board to the finance team on an ad hoc basis.
