The UWS Audit & Risk Committee Member role requires senior-level finance experience as a CFO, Finance Director or audit partner, and an individual who is a professionally qualified accountant. Responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, audit findings, and management responses; contributing to discussions on budgets, reserves, and going concern; and acting as a sounding board to the finance team on an ad hoc basis.
