Responsible Sourcing Manager

At MOJU, we are obsessed with the quality of our fresh ingredients. As we continue building closer relationships with the growers and farmers behind them, we are looking for a Responsible Sourcing Manager to help lead the next stage of that journey. This new role will own long-term partnerships with growers and exporters across developing markets, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients while balancing commercial performance with strong ethical sourcing and sustainability standards. Based in the UK, the role includes some international travel and reports into the Supply, Operations & Impact Director.
