Role Summary
- Support COO in Belgium operations and provide people, operational and administrative support across the organisation.
- Recruiting and onboarding new colleagues.
- Support payroll and act as the main contact for SDWorx and regulating bodies.
- Ensure appropriate office space.
- Organise and support Board meetings.
- Support the wider UK team and contribute to organisation-wide projects.

We are looking for a People and Operations Manager to support our COO in ensuring the smooth running of our Belgium operations, while providing excellent people, operational and administrative support across the organisation. The People and Operations Manager will support our COO to ensure that our Belgium operation runs smoothly and that staff are fully supported. This involves a wide range of tasks, from recruiting and onboarding new colleagues, supporting payroll and being the main point of contact for SDWorx and other regulating bodies, ensuring we have the right office space, to organising and supporting Board meetings. This role will also, when needed, support the wider UK team alongside the UK based Operations team and there will be opportunities to contribute to organisation-wide projects. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can anticipate the operational and people needs of a rapidly growing organisation. You will be an empathetic team player who shares OG values and is committed to centring Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles in their work.
