About Harry’s Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources. Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
About the Team The Supply Planning team works with demand planning, distribution, and other cross-functional partners to develop production plans, optimize inventory, and ensure high customer fulfillment rates across both DTC and Retail channels. We balance service levels against inventory efficiency, and we take ownership of continuous improvement across our tools, processes, and outcomes.
About the Role The Supply Planner, Manager, will develop time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy for multiple product categories at Mammoth Brands. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these categories — both to internal cross-functional partners and to external contract manufacturers — and will set strategy, manage work end-to-end, and drive measurable outcomes. This is a cross-functional role for someone who plans and prioritizes independently, can take something from idea to execution without hand-holding, and operates as a true go-to for their area of expertise.
What You Will Accomplish Own the development and continuous refinement of time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy across multiple product categories. Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU at each node of the supply chain (plant, co-packer, in transit, DC). Collaborate with a network of contract manufacturers on production scheduling and supply needs to ensure plans are executable. Work closely with cross-functional partners to obtain high-quality demand, supply, logistics, distribution, finance and other inputs to create a robust assumption-based inventory plan. Track and drive reduction in excess and obsolete inventory. Model scenarios and understand the impacts of changes to demand, supply, and network assumptions; communicate tradeoffs and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop a clear set of KPIs and targets to monitor and improve production, service, and inventory performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
This Should Describe You BA or equivalent required; advanced degree or supply chain certification a plus. 4–6 years of experience in supply and/or inventory planning, ideally in a CPG environment. 4+ years of broader operations experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to develop inventory models for complex supply networks. Strong communicator — you tailor your message to your audience, whether you're presenting to leadership, aligning with peers, or working through details with manufacturing partners. You plan and prioritize your own work independently, adjust in real-time as business needs shift, and take projects from idea to execution without needing constant direction. You are enthusiastic and committed at every stage of a product life cycle — from launch to end of life. Experience with ERPs required; SAP strongly preferred. Sense of urgency and bias for action — self-starting, organized, and adept at working within deadlines. Comfortable in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment (DTC + Retail); you stay focused when priorities shift. You're a learner — always seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you. Attention to detail: you're comfortable going deep into the weeds while always keeping the big picture in view. Sense of humor — we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously.
Who You'll Work With Reporting to the Director of Supply Planning. Serves as the primary cross-functional point of contact for assigned categories, working closely with demand planning, distribution/logistics, finance, retail, and contract manufacturers across an omni-channel supply chain.
