Financial Control Manager

With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers! You’ll be managing a small team of Monzonauts day-to-day to ensure our month-end reporting process runs smoothly and accurately. This involves reviewing the team’s analysis, approving journals, maintaining controls, and explaining results to our Financial Reporting team. You’ll also work on scaling Monzo in a controlled way and optimising financial control processes with the help of technology.
