We are seeking a Ticket & Hospitality Coordinator to support our home ticket and hospitality programme. Working from within the ECB Finance Department, you will support the Ticket and Hospitality Manager with the administration of all tickets and hospitality requirements for the ECB. This role supports all day-to-day tasks to ensure internal, team, VIP, and partner tickets and hospitality requirements are managed and delivered in a timely manner. You will be preparing summary spreadsheets for each venue with details of all tickets and hospitality orders, maintaining and managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, reconciling Cricket Live ticket sales reports, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, distributing ticket and hospitality requirements, working closely with the CEO Team, assisting with planning and preparation for match days, completing post-season reviews, and contributing to additional projects. The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
