Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Core Banking team, reporting directly to the General Manager of Core Banking. This is a high impact role partnering closely with senior leaders to help drive strategic priorities, improve organisational effectiveness, and ensure we execute brilliantly across a complex and fast moving area of the business. You’ll act as a strategic partner and operational leader, helping create clarity, alignment and momentum across teams. You’ll balance long-term thinking with hands on execution, helping leadership teams make better decisions, move faster, and stay focused on what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex organisational challenges, and is excited by the opportunity to influence at scale.
