Card Acquiring, Business Banking Customer Operations Advisor

Our Business Banking Card Acquiring Team is looking for 4 Customer Operations Advisors. The key focus is to provide a magician standard of service to our customers. This role involves working with third-party providers and handling various card acquiring queries. You’ll be expected to take full ownership from start to finish and deliver support across calls, chat, and email.
