Data Manager

This position is crucial for ensuring we can identify, articulate, and measure the impact of our work internally and with partners, senior stakeholders, and funders while supporting our aims of operational efficiency and self-service. The Data Manager oversees the collection, management, quality, security, governance, and use of data at Now Teach. They ensure accurate data integration between systems, accessibility for operational reporting, analysis, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing Now Teach's data systems, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and consistency across systems, and automating data collection. The role involves producing reports, supporting impact and outcomes evaluation, developing data management approaches, and collaborating with various stakeholders for data-driven decision-making and improvement.
