About Us

At Simmer, we're on a mission to make healthy eating effortless. We create chef-made, high-protein meals inspired by flavours from around the world, making it easier for busy people to eat well every day.

What started with £10 worth of ingredients and a handful of family recipes has grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses. In both 2025 and 2026, Simmer was recognised by The Sunday Times as the UK's 5th fastest-growing company. We're proud of that recognition, but we're much more interested in what comes next. Simmer was founded by brothers Simmy and Jhai Dhillon, who built the business alongside university, full-time jobs and countless late nights in the kitchen before taking the leap and committing to it full time. That mindset still shapes the business today. We're a deliberately lean team, which means people here get unusually close to the work, the customers and the decisions that shape the business. We care far more about trajectory than titles and look for people who are curious, commercially minded and willing to take ownership.

We're ambitious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We work hard, celebrate wins together and know that the best ideas can come from anywhere. As Simmer grows, the opportunities for the people building it grow too. There's still a huge amount to build, and we think we're only at the beginning.

This is a fully founder-led company with no private equity or corporate layers. The founders still run the business, set the standard and are deeply present in the work. For the people that join Simmer, that means operating with real ownership, close to the decision-making, on problems that genuinely move the business.

About the role

Creative is one of Simmer's biggest growth levers. We're looking for someone who can help us make more of it.

This isn't a traditional producer role and it definitely isn't just project management.

One day you might be scripting content for Simmy. The next you could be organising a creator shoot, working with ambassadors, spotting a trend worth jumping on or figuring out how to turn one great idea into twenty pieces of content.

You'll work across paid social, founder content, UGC, partnerships, product launches and whatever else we think might help grow the brand.

What you'll be doing

• Turning ideas into content people actually want to watch.
• Writing scripts and building shot lists.
• Producing photo and video shoots.
• Working with creators, ambassadors and external partners.
• Helping founders create engaging content.
• Finding smarter ways to make one shoot go further.
• Using AI and new tools to improve speed and quality.
• Working closely with creative, growth and brand to turn good ideas into commercial results.

• You can think strategically but you're equally happy picking up a camera or jumping into an edit.

• You solve problems rather than waiting for instructions.
• You're comfortable working at pace and changing direction when needed.

You might come from social, content, production, marketing, agencies, creator businesses or somewhere completely different.

We're much more interested in your ideas, judgement and ability to execute than whether you've followed a traditional path.
