We are looking for a Design Manager to join our award-winning experience Design team Can you lead the design of unique, dynamic and immersive learning experiences? This might be the role for you. What would you do in this key role? Here is just a snapshot: Concept, plan and write detailed, minute-by-minute designs for: Immersive learning/training experiences 12-24 month development programmes Strategic communications programmes Use a thorough understanding of behavioural science, learning science, human-centred design, experience design, and/or social sciences Develop an authoritative voice and evidence-based perspective on the immersive learning design Lead the design of low- to mid-complexity projects, and contribute heavily to design of high complexity projects Flexible and able to work in different capacities on different projects Lead the creative concepting, ideating, writing high level and detailed designs, critically evaluating design against client learning outcomes, and quality checking work of others Use exceptional writing and communication skills, grounded in scientific principles, to develop precise, high-impact sessions with clear and memorable messaging/learning This might be the role for you if you have: Experience in the design of experiential & immersive learning experiences Strong experience in and understanding of accelerated learning and behavioural science principles Demonstrable evidence of creative writing skills and experience, in both formal and non-academic copy Relevant qualifications Experience of and a passion for the L&D/Talent Development space Why should you reach out to learn more?
