Role Summary

  • Act as the primary contact for German-speaking customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as social media, live chat, email, and phone.
  • Responsible for German language copy.
  • Monitor the website for appropriate sales, product availability, and imagery.
  • Work is primarily remote with occasional office visits.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong PC and analytical skills.
  • A detail-oriented, team player with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Right to work permanently in the UK.
  • A passion for sports and the outdoors is an advantage but not necessary.

The role: As a Customer Service Champion, you will be the face of SportPursuit for our German-speaking customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels including social media, live chat, email, and phone. You will also be responsible for some local language copy for the German market. Your daily tasks will include monitoring the website for appropriate sales, product availability, and imagery. This position is fully remote but may require occasional visits to the office under our hybrid working model.

Job requirements: No specific prior experience is necessary, but you must be fluent in German and English, possess strong analytical and PC skills, and have a great eye for detail. A 'can do' attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. You should also be a strong team player and have a permanent right to work in the UK. A passion for sports and the outdoors is a bonus but not required.
