Role Summary
- Enhancing operational excellence by refining the Product function's processes and systems

The role: As a Product & Supply Chain Business Analyst at Patagonia EMEA, you will enhance operational excellence by improving the processes and systems within the Product function. This role involves translating business needs into scalable systems, data models, and workflows, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and global strategic frameworks. You will maintain a deep understanding of Product and Supply Chain processes across EMEA, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that regional practices operate effectively within global frameworks.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have full expertise in business analysis & process design, project coordination, and stakeholder alignment. You should be able to apply advanced analytical and process mapping techniques, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage timelines, and clarify dependencies between various teams. A good understanding of testing & implementation practices and data integrity & operational reporting is also required.
