Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of product quality control and repair process management
  • Effective stakeholder coordination, SLA and KPI tracking skills, and third-party relationship management
  • Fluent in English and additional European languages
  • Passion for outdoor activities and environmental conservation

Your role: As the Repair and Quality Coordinator based in Amsterdam, you will support our mission to save our home planet by ensuring the integrity and circularity of our products. You will manage quality control and repair operations across EMEA, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and global partners to maintain service standards. This includes managing inspections, repair workflows, and documentation to extend product life and improve operational efficiency.

Main tasks include overseeing quality by coordinating product inspections and audits, managing repair workflows, implementing quality projects, and maintaining documentation. You will also liaise with stores, repair centers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and ensure consistency in service delivery.

What we're looking for: We seek an inclusive individual with at least 2 years of experience in managing third-party vendors and a full understanding of product quality control and repair process management. You should have a good grasp of process documentation, stakeholder coordination, SLA and KPI tracking, and third-party relationship management. Fluency in English and additional European languages is a plus, along with a love for the outdoors and a passion for environmental conservation.

Other important details: This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home up to 3 days per week.
