Role Summary

  • Conduct primary and secondary research for the team.
  • Translate complex evidences into clear outputs.
  • Plan and support workshops and convenings.
  • Focus on strategic projects including Critical Minerals mission and Circular Economy policy.

Role Requirements

  • Strong academic background in environmental, business, economics, political science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in research, consulting, or strategy.
  • Interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
  • Proficient in English and additional translation skills would be a plus.

The role: As a Research Analyst in our China team, based in Beijing, you will be instrumental in supporting our initiative teams to implement robust and successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting primary and secondary research, translating complex evidence into clear outputs, and planning and supporting the delivery of workshops and convenings. You will focus on strategic projects such as our Critical Minerals mission and Circular Economy policy.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in environmental, business, economics, political science, or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in research, consulting, or strategy. You should have a strong interest in sustainability and the circular economy, and be skilled in analytical and organizational tasks. Proficiency in English is required, and skills in translation would be a plus.
