The Role: As a Seasonal Ghillie at Braeroy Estate, you will be immersed in the daily activities of a dynamic conservation team. Your responsibilities will include ghillieing deer stalking on the open hill, deer retrieval using ATVs and Highland Ponies, and general estate maintenance. You will also assist in hosting and engaging with our stalking guests to provide an outstanding hospitality experience. This role is physically demanding and includes varied hours, often exceeding 5 days per week, including weekends and early starts or late finishes.

Job Requirements: Candidates must possess a UK Driving License; ATV and Argo tickets are desirable. Experience with off-road vehicles is necessary, and while equine experience is preferred, it can be taught to the right candidate. You should be observant, diligent, and able to take initiative. A warm and friendly manner, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the outdoors and conservation are essential.
