Role Summary
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding, technical training, and leadership development programmes
- Identify training needs through observations, performance data, and stakeholder consultation
- Maintain accurate training records, calendars, and L&D documentation
- Champion a culture of service excellence through ongoing coaching and skills reinforcement
- Assist in developing e-learning content and training materials aligned with Song Saa brand standards
- Assist in organising recognition programs, cultural events, and community-building activities
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and joyful workplace environment
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist in organizing interviews, assessments, and onboarding logistics
- Ensure new hires receive a warm, structured, and values-aligned introduction to Song Saa
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Support HR reporting, data entry, and compliance requirements using HR system
- Assist with contract & payroll, preparation, forms, and administrative workflows
- Provide general HR support to team members and department heads
Role Requirements
- Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of L&D or training experience, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Confident facilitator with the ability to engage diverse, multicultural teams
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Creative and confident in designing training materials and staff activities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible with working hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
