Junior Chef Opportunity on a Traditional Argentine Estancia

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our team for the upcoming season at our family-run estancia in the Argentine countryside.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their culinary journey who is eager to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and be part of a small, welcoming team in a truly unique setting.

The Role

Working alongside our kitchen team, you'll assist with the preparation and service of meals for our guests, helping to create memorable dining experiences using fresh, local ingredients.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Supporting menu preparation and presentation
• Helping with stock organisation and kitchen operations
• Working closely with the wider estancia team to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Previous professional kitchen experience is not essential, but applicants should have a genuine interest in cooking and a solid understanding of basic kitchen skills.
