Senior Salesforce Administrator – Revenue, CX & AI Operations

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team. This is not a ticket-resolution role — it is a strategic position for someone who partners deeply with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business problems and architect technology solutions that solve them at scale. You will own the design and evolution of our sales and operations technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and adjacent platforms, and will be expected to lead with an AI-first mindset – identifying where AI agents, automation, and intelligent tooling can replace manual effort, accelerate decisions, and amplify team output.
