We currently have over 300 facilitators located across 43 countries. Our MindGym certification, ISCAN, is one of the most rigorous, demanding, and exciting programmes in the world of corporate learning. We have the privilege of working with clients from every industry across the world helping them to transform culture and behaviour, and we hire group facilitators globally, from a range of backgrounds to join our network at MindGym. As a Group Facilitator, you will be delivering MindGym magic (based on robust behavioural science research of course!) to our diverse client base and catalyse behaviour change, at all levels in the organisation, through our unique range of live and digital experiences. No two deliveries are the same, yet all are crafted using our ISCAN framework which is underpinned by the following 5 disciplines: Individual Focus, Spirit, Credibility, Affinity, Navigation.
