Data & Analytics Manager

350.org is looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead the organization-wide data strategy, leading the management of 350’s data reporting tools and CRM - from data modelling and governance to dashboarding and self-serve reporting. Supporting the creation of organizational KPIs and measurement frameworks, maintaining data quality, privacy, and security and delivering clear, actionable reporting that drives decisions. The Data & Analytics Manager leads the organization-wide data strategy, leading the management of 350’s data reporting tools and CRM - from data modelling and governance to dashboarding and self-serve reporting. The role will champion an organization-wide data culture - building shared understanding of the value of data, embedding good practice, and fostering confident use across teams. Working closely with staff at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team, they will enable evidence-based planning and review, align data priorities to strategic goals, and ensure clear data governance and accountability. They will coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a reliable, scalable data and analytics infrastructure that supports teams to be data-driven.
