We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Partner to build the commercial engine that takes our speech AI to market at scale. We’ve built the technology, now we need someone to own the operational layer that makes it run. This is not a role for someone who wants to work through a queue. We want a builder. You’ll sit inside our RevOps function, reporting to our RevOps Lead, with dotted lines into our Growth Marketing Lead with visibility across the full commercial operation, working as a key partner to Marketing, FP&A, and Commercial Operations. Speechmatics is transitioning from a sales-led to a product-led growth motion, which means this role has genuine scope to shape how that plays out operationally. You won’t be inheriting a perfectly finished system. You’ll be improving one. What You’ll Be Doing: Owning HubSpot end-to-end, including, configuration, automations, workflows, routing, permissions, and data reliability. Maintaining data quality across the stack: deduplication, enrichment, and blending CRM data with product usage signals. Building reports and dashboards that drive decisions, supporting quarterly review cadences and forecasting. Running outbound systems (Lemlist) and AI-driven GTM workflows. Shaping ICP tiering, account segmentation, and territory logic as we sharpen our go-to-market. Enabling marketing and commercial teams through training, documentation, and fixing friction fast. Managing marketing attribution (Dream Data), with cross-over into Salesforce and broader commercial tooling. Who We’re Looking For: 2–4 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a closely adjacent role. Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce configuration experience — you’ve built the thing, not just used it. Familiarity with PLG motions, ideally bridging PLG and sales-led at the same company. Strong data instincts: Excel or Sheets to a high standard; SQL a bonus but not essential. Clay, n8n, or equivalents. You've built enrichment workflows and outbound sequences, not just read about them. A self-starter who can take an overall goal/objective and figure out the steps it will get there, navigating the organisation where appropriate.
