Lead Engineering Manager

We are actively seeking an accomplished Lead Engineering Manager to guide and develop our newly formed AI engineering squad. This is a leadership-first position, where you will play a key role in shaping engineering culture, mentoring engineers and scaling team practices. In this role you will be responsible for creating an environment where engineers can do their best work - driving engagement, fostering growth, and developing talent across all levels of seniority. This team will be at the heart of developing an understanding of core AI technologies and developing our internal AI capabilities used to power future product offerings. This role involves leading and developing a talented squad of mid-level, senior, and principal engineers, shaping engineering culture, driving technical strategy, and leading cross-squad programs to deliver impactful solutions. Additional responsibilities include line management, strategic and technical balance, program leadership, technical credibility, and agile expertise.
