Product Manager

We are looking for a technical PM for South Africa who has experience in growing mass-market consumer products with a clear marketplace optimisation focus and who enjoys bridging the gap between technical delivery and partner relationships. You’ll be the main operational contact for some of our most important lending and credit card partners, managing technical projects from initial integration through to launch, ongoing optimisation, and change management. You will help us optimise and scale the ClearScore Marketplace and help millions of users take decisions that create greater financial wellbeing.

What you will be doing: - Owning and optimising the ClearScore Marketplace experience in South Africa - Set direction for your product in support of both the overall product strategy and the business strategy - Partnering with global teams to influence the roadmap, ensure South African market needs are represented - Working closely with local marketing and commercial teams - Create a feasible and viable roadmap - Develop hypotheses, run experiments and analyse data - Being a central figure leading collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, commercial and global stakeholders - Acting as the local market expert - Be the servant-leader for the team - Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders - Lead the end-to-end technical integration of new lending and credit card partners
