Credit Risk Analyst

We are the Risk team responsible for managing the credit risk of Liberis’ portfolios, which include designing effective new strategies, managing the credit quality of our products across geographies, and providing specialist credit risk advice to the business. The team is based in London and covers Risk analytics, Decision Science, Underwriting and Collections. Our mission is to grow Liberis profitably to become the leading embedded business finance provider and we are now looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join us on this journey. You should have experience in a similar analytical role in the credit risk environment where you have used statistical and analytical tools to drive innovative strategy changes. Develop and monitor credit risk strategies, balancing risk against returns. These strategies may cover a variety of different channels and products, and cover the full credit lifecycle, from new business to Collections. Develop and maintain frameworks to monitor portfolio risk performance, ensuring it’s within agreed risk appetite; transforming data into recommendations. Lead analytical deep-dives into portfolio trends and emerging risks. Represent risk to the wider business, driving changes via the product team and presenting analytical work to senior management.
