Lead Functional Consultant

We’re on the lookout for a talented and ambitious new Lead Functional Consultant to join the Compuco team, to head this mission critical business unit. Reporting to our Chief Client Officer, you’ll head up a multidisciplinary team of CRM and website consultants - one of the key delivery engines of our business. You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for our functional consulting work: unpacking client business processes, reimagining them using our unique technology stack, and ensuring that we deliver genuinely impactful solutions. As team lead, you’ll ideate and implement processes and procedures to ensure your team of Functional Consultants have everything they need to deliver exceptional, best-practice client work. Working in an agile environment, you’ll support task allocation and prioritisation to meet client needs. You’ll act as mentor and coach for the team with the goal of fostering a genuinely supportive, collaborative culture, whilst working closely with our product team to help shape the future direction of our product stack.
