About the role We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. This role is ideal for someone established in their sales career who is excited by outbound business development, technology sales, and the opportunity to work with purpose driven organisations. You’ll play a critical role in driving Compuco’s outbound growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients through highly personalised outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, leveraging AI tools to streamline the process. Alongside outbound prospecting, you’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries and support the wider sales team throughout the sales cycle. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, and working with the wider growth team, you’ll receive hands-on training across modern SaaS sales methodologies, consultative discovery, and solution selling. The role is designed to grow into a full cycle sales position, giving you the opportunity to run demos, manage opportunities independently, build proposals, and close your own deals.
