Role Summary

We help purpose driven organisations reimagine the way they work so they can focus on impact. We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with over 5 years of B2B sales experience who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by helping purpose driven organisations embrace digital transformation. You’ll develop, own and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through to close, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing to shape and execute outbound sales strategies, develop sector relationships, and drive revenue growth across target verticals. This is a highly collaborative role combining outbound business development, consultative selling, solution discovery, proposal development, and commercial negotiation. You’ll also play a visible role in the sector by representing Compuco at events, running webinars, and building relationships with key stakeholders across the nonprofit space.
