Join a Creative Team Making a Positive Difference
We're looking for a creative, highly organised and detail-focused Team Coordinator to support the delivery of interpretation projects across the Eden Project. This is a varied role that combines project administration, team coordination, design support, and stakeholder liaison, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
As a central member of the Interpretation Team, you'll provide essential administrative and hands on support across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll help coordinate workflows, maintain project documentation, update schedules and budgets, and support the production of interpretation assets from concept through to installation.
Working closely with the Production Manager as well as designers, content curators, fabricators, and internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in turning creative ideas into visitor experiences, events, exhibits and exhibitions.

Role purpose:
To co-ordinate and support the Production team and wider Interpretation team. Assist in the production and delivery of the Eden Project annual site programme. Including live events, exhibits and exhibitions to provide an engaging, entertaining learning experience that communicates the Eden narrative.
Key accountabilities:
To support effective systems and procedures to help provide robust and efficient general office administration practices across all sections of the Interpretation team which will involve liaising with a wide variety of teams across the organisation
Works within the Productions team on site and in an office environment to help deliver, organize and prepare events, exhibits and exhibitions. Provide hands on support with event delivery.
Research, orders and helps to collate the relevant equipment and consumables for each project to ensure that all consumables meet specific criteria. Liaises with other team members on the equipment and stock levels throughout activations.
Responsible for all administrative duties of the Interpretation Team including Business Central, Dayforce, Service Desk, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, taking minutes, chasing action points and having a general overview of team.
Generates printed graphics using the in-house large format printers, completing print finishing processes such as trimming and mounting before installing printed materials on site.
Work alongside Interpretation team members to ensure upkeep of assets database (physical kit plus database of contractors and contributors)
Assist the Production Manager with specific projects and programmes when required to include taking on elements of deputation to cover annual leave.
To provide administrative assistance in recording all costs against the Interpretation team budget cost centers.
Demands of the role:
Education & qualifications: GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent qualifications or experience
Knowledge & skills: The job holder will need at least 1 years’ experience in a similar environment with excellent administrative, organisational and time-management experience. Experience of working within PC – Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel and In house systems. Need to develop understanding of creative process and Eden’s interpretation programme.
Decision-making: Ability to make decisions using existing knowledge and skills is essential. Higher level problems will be referred to line manager
Resourcefulness: Initiative is key to the role where existing processes are in place but adaptive problem solving arises constantly. Anticipating and acting on likely scenarios before they arise is central to the day-to-day undertakings as is responding to sudden demands. Therefore, the jobholder will be a proven problem solver, quick thinker and patient and calm under pressure.
People & asset management: Occasionally required to advise and assist less experienced colleagues, responsible for credit card reconciliation and the upkeep of all departmental purchases against budget therefore privy to and responsible for confidentiality of a lot of sensitive data. Also responsible for maintenance and upkeep of asset database with assistance from the team
Communication & visitor experience: Constantly in written and oral communication with externals and colleagues exchanging vital information regarding the live, exhibit, exhibition and graphics programmes.
Operational environment: Primarily office based with site-based work. Evening and weekend working when required.
