It works in partnership with national, regional and local governments, businesses, foundations and charities, to tackle major policy problems, often through testing and implementing simple yet powerful changes. It has about 200 staff based in 8 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, and has run more than 1000 projects to date, including over 700 randomised controlled trials in dozens of countries. In addition to its own interventions, it openly shares expertise and helps others build capacity and skills to apply behavioural science for social good. What does an Operations Coordinator at BIT do? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will provide essential support to our teams across the Americas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and successful project delivery. This role suits someone with 1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a small business or consulting firm. Key responsibilities: Document preparation and filing Completing client forms with company information Compiling company documents (e.g., Certificates of Insurance) as requested by clients Facilitating signature and filing of contracts, subcontracts, and other legal documents Reporting Pulling standard reports from BIT’s systems (primarily Deltek Vantagepoint and Power BI) Conducting basic data entry and analysis Project support Preparing contracts and subcontracts using BIT’s templates Facilitating project set-up and close out processes in BIT’s systems Facilitating timesheet adjustments Processing supplier invoices Managing straightforward requests from Advisory team members This is a junior-level role that will receive close supervision and on-the-job training. With time and experience, the Operations Coordinator will be expected to take increased ownership of their work. What makes a great Operations Coordinator at BIT?
