- Portfolio showcasing innovative and user-friendly interfaces.
- Fluent in French and experience with regulated products in France is a plus.

What you will be doing Our customers use Semble all day, every day, so it’s essential for us to craft a user experience that makes their day-to-day tasks effortless. As an established market leader, we place a strong focus on making our product stand out from the rest.
Day-to-day, you'll be leading the design process for the Appointments and Payments experiences. You'll be embedded within multi-disciplinary teams (software engineering, product management, testing, delivery), where you'll design sophisticated, automated workflows that handle complex user needs while delivering iterative value tied to business objectives.
At Semble, we champion user-centred design practices, ensuring they are embedded in every stage of the design and delivery process. To create the most effective solutions, you’ll be expected to build strong relationships with users through research programs and occasional on-site visits. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with customers and observe their challenges firsthand, turning these insights into actionable solutions.
What we are looking for We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can help shape our platform. You’ll work alongside a design team of 2 (Head of Design and Product Designer) and take ownership of 2 teams. We’re small, but efficient, so we need a self-starter who is motivated and highly organised.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer - 2+ years designing for B2B SaaS, ideally in booking, invoicing, workflow automation or clinical systems
Key skills: - You enjoy understanding the real problems users are experiencing, especially in complex transactional flows - You thrive on designing for complexity and can break down intricate systems into elegant solutions - You actively spot opportunities for automation and intelligent workflows - You have a track record conducting observations and on-site visits, building strong user relationships - You experiment with AI to produce innovative designs and prototypes - You turn insights into compelling narratives that drive decision-making - You lead cross-functional teams toward common goals with clarity and influence - You thrive with the freedom to shape your own processes and advocate for better ways of working - Your portfolio showcases innovative, accessible, user-friendly interfaces that handle sophisticated user needs - You have collaborated with engineers to deliver features for mobile and desktop
Nice to have: - You speak French fluently - Direct experience either building French medical software or working on a regulated product in France - Clinical experience or background

£60-80,000 package (based on your experience and the value you can bring)
