Role Summary

  • Lead onboarding for new U.S. clients
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Train sales teams on Hive Perform
  • Drive usage and ensure >90% retention
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as senior contact for U.S. customers
  • Provide technical and strategic support
