We design and deliver Silicon-Valley–level training in Cloud (AWS), AI & ML, and future-proof skills for both technical and non-technical teams across: B2B: Enterprises building AI- and cloud-ready teams B2G: Ministries, development agencies, and public-sector programs B2C: Ambitious students and professionals investing in their own growth We’ve trained thousands of learners across MENA, helped 2,600+ earn AWS certifications, and partnered with global players like AWS, Google, and regional organizations such as Al Ghurair Foundation and others. Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help us execute our most important marketing and branding initiatives. You will be the operational backbone for: Offline events & activations (hackathons, forums, partner events) PR & partnership visibility (MoUs, announcements, media coordination) Community & thought leadership (webinars, AI-focused sessions, podcast logistics) Influencer & UGC campaigns that support our AWS B2C growth targets This role is perfect for someone who loves getting things done, enjoys coordinating many moving parts, and has experience in GCC markets (especially KSA), events, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities 1. Events & Offline Activations (Co-owner with Brand Manager) Coordinate on-ground events and activations (e.g., hackathons, partner events, forums, meetups). Own logistics end-to-end: venue coordination, registration, timelines, suppliers, and on-site operations. Act as the day-to-day point of contact with partners, speakers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with the brand team to make sure each event is well-branded and aligned with our positioning. 2. PR & Partnerships Visibility Support PR activities around key milestones (MoUs, new partnerships, multi-year deals, major events). Coordinate with PR agencies: follow-ups, media lists, materials collection, and approvals. Help prepare and organize assets for announcements (quotes, photos, bios, key facts, etc.). Ensure partner-facing activities reflect Manara’s brand and communicate clear value. 3. Community & Thought Leadership Help build and manage an upskilling community around AI, cloud, and future-of-work topics. Coordinate logistics for online webinars with AI & tech thought leaders: scheduling, invites, reminders, and follow-ups. Support the production of an AI upskilling podcast (guests, scheduling, recordings, basic coordination with production). Ensure all sessions are captured, documented, and handed over to the content team for repurposing. 4. Influencer & UGC Marketing (AWS B2C Focus) Coordinate influencer collaborations related to our AWS and B2C campaigns (outreach, briefing, follow-up). Manage UGC (user-generated content) production: sourcing creators, aligning on scripts/angles, collecting deliverables, sharing with the media buyer and designer. Work closely with the growth team to ensure influencer and UGC activities support acquisition KPIs (signups, active learners). Who You Are Experience: 2–4+ years in marketing coordination, events, or account management (preferably in tech, edtech, or startup environments). Region: Strong familiarity with GCC, ideally KSA, in terms of culture, events, and audiences. Languages: Fluent Arabic (native) and strong English (written & spoken). Events: Comfortable owning logistics and coordination for offline events and activations. PR & Partnerships: Experience working with agencies, partners, or sponsors on campaigns, events, or announcements. Digital-savvy: Understands how events, PR, influencers, and UGC connect back to growth and brand goals. Startup mindset: Bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building processes rather than just following them. People skills: Strong communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders at once. Nice to Have Experience with AI/cloud/tech audiences or programs. Previous work on B2B or B2G marketing campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and basic project management platforms. Why Join Manara?
