We’re looking for a Senior Category Manager to join the Ooni team. Working as part of our Category Management team, you’ll lead on shaping our product roadmap and driving strategy for our market leading product range. You’ll function as our in-house expert on consumer markets and ensure our customers are always at the heart of our product development. In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of category growth strategy, improving profitability and optimising our portfolio mix. What you’ll do Work closely with our Head of Product Category Management to develop and implement category strategic plans and frameworks that focus on driving growth and profitability. Deeply understand both the internal and external business needs. Use this knowledge to build out market leading segmentation plans, and communicate and implement these plans to the wider business.  Set global pricing architecture grounded in market knowledge and business objectives.  Regularly review the product lifecycle plans recommending adjustments where appropriate.  Brief new products into the Marketing team for the creation of packaging, collateral, and product launch assets. Lead the strategic feedback loop by working closely with our Product team throughout the NPD process to ensure we deliver best in class products that exceed consumer expectations.  Alongside the Sales and Marketing teams, lead on go-to-market planning.  Category lead on major retailer line reviews for new products introductions as the product expert.  Participate in demand planning activities with the sales, operations, and finance teams, offering forecast recommendations based on deep market insight.  Working with the Planning team, oversee product lifecycle post-launch, including tracking product performance, monitoring issues, identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating end of life processes.  Understand, report on, and offer insight into Ooni’s product and category financials.  Lead on process optimisation - continually auditing and improving internal category processes and ways of working. Set annual SMART goals combined with recommendations on the strategic levers that can be used to achieve our business objectives. What you’ll need to succeed  Proven category management expertise  - significant experience leading category, product, or brand strategies within consumer goods, ideally with a premium or design-led brand. Commercial acumen  - a strong understanding of how category strategy drives growth, margin, and market share. You can translate insight into actionable commercial decisions. Consumer obsession  - you have deep empathy for the end user and use insight and data to keep the customer at the heart of every decision. Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery  - equally comfortable shaping long-term direction and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. Analytical and data-driven  - confident working with financials, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide recommendations and prioritisation. Collaborative leadership  - skilled at partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive alignment and deliver best-in-class launches. Excellent communicator and influencer  - able to present category strategies and insights clearly to senior stakeholders and external partners. Global mindset  - experienced in building and managing category strategies across multiple markets and channels.
