As part of our plans, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Sourcing and Supplier Management team in Shanghai. As our "strategic bridgehead" in China, you ensure that what is planned in the UK is flawlessly executed on the ground. You will proactively manage factory relationships, purchase orders and logistics to eliminate risks before they impact our global supply chain. This is an on-site role, working 5 days per week from our office in Shanghai. What you’ll do: Production & Order Management: Monitor progress against schedules and manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle with OEM/ODM partners. Supplier Diplomacy: Build strong factory relationships to secure production priority and resolve bottlenecks. Operational Liaison: Act as the UK’s "eyes" by providing real-time status updates. Logistics & Efficiency: Oversee international shipments and export documentation while identifying ways to reduce lead times What you’ll need to succeed: You are a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You bring a methodical approach to documentation and a deep-seated passion for the rhythm and complexity of global supply chain orchestration You excel when ideas move quickly and are driven by a need to know exactly how things work. Essential Skills and Experience: Professional experience in supply chain or logistics within a Chinese OEM/ODM context. Native Mandarin and professional English fluency. Strong negotiation skills with an assertive yet collaborative style. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems . Open to high-frequency travel to visit suppliers Desirable Skills and Experience: Proven ability to identify process improvements and reduce manufacturing lead times. Experience identifying upstream bottlenecks by tracking raw material status. Why Ooni?
