You play a central role in ensuring that every guest has a smooth, well-communicated, and memorable experience. You support the Event Manager operationally while being the primary point of contact for guests throughout the week.
This is a paid position suited to individuals with a background in hospitality, guest services, events or live operations. You need to be confident in communicating with international guests and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Your mission As a Yacht Week Guest Experience Manager, you will support the Event Manager in the delivery of official events while taking ownership of guest communication and satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for guest-facing matters, handling questions, feedback, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates through the Yacht Week app, keeping guests informed about schedules, venues and operational changes. You will work closely with Event Managers, hosts, skippers, venue partners and central operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience. The role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in live environments.

You are expected to stay proactive, communicate clearly and support both guests and crew throughout the sailing week. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hospitality, event operations and international travel, while playing a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Your weekly schedule Yacht Week typically runs from Saturday to Friday. Saturday focuses on arrivals, briefings and preparation. Sunday through Thursday include sailing logistics, beach clubs and night events. Friday concludes with final events and departures. The exact schedule of events varies depending on location and operational requirements.

What you get You sail with the rest of the team. Accommodation is provided on a sailing yacht in a shared double or bunk bed cabin. All meals during the week are included, as well as drinks at official venues. Guest Experience Managers will also receive official Yacht Week merchandise. This is a paid position. Travel costs to our embarkation ports are not covered unless otherwise agreed. A fixed contribution toward travel expenses may be provided.
