Role Summary
- The evaluation team designs and implements the processes which assess the evidence for the fund’s various funding rounds.
- The team is responsible for assessing, appointing, monitoring and the quality assurance of complex and rigorous impact evaluations.
- The Senior Evaluation Manager will play a key role in leading evaluation work and leading a team to deliver a portfolio of evaluation projects.

The evaluation team designs and implements the processes which assess the evidence for the fund’s various funding rounds. The team is also responsible for assessing, appointing, monitoring and the quality assurance of complex and rigorous impact evaluations from experts in the field. The Senior Evaluation Manager will play a key role in leading evaluation work. The post holder will also lead a team of evaluation managers, ensuring they have the support to deliver a portfolio of evaluation projects. Key Responsibilities The core of your job is to ensure that we are excellent at evaluation, so that we can find out the very best ways to prevent young people and children from becoming involved in violence. As a Senior Evaluation Manager you will: Lead rigorous evaluation design and delivery, applying advanced statistical methods to assess evidence and manage large-scale RCT and QED studies. Drive team performance and quality, through leadership, coaching, and robust project oversight. Collaborate effectively across stakeholders, ensuring evaluations are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organisational priorities. Communicate evidence clearly and influence impact, translating findings into accessible insights that support decision-making
