Role Summary

  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The Role: Oxfam GB is looking for a Head of Property & Estates to provide strategic leadership and management across our UK-wide estate, including over 500 shops, offices and warehouses. You will lead the development and delivery of our Property Strategy in support of Oxfam’s Retail Transformation, ensuring our estate is cost-effective, compliant, sustainable, and fit for purpose. This role has significant responsibility for budgets (£30m+), property performance, and external partnerships, while influencing senior leadership and organisational strategy.
