Role Summary

The role: Working with the Conservation Assessment and Analysis team, the post holder will be expected to leverage Kew’s scientific data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to address key research questions concerning global environmental change. Analyses may focus on correlates of extinction risk, predicting extinction risk, irreplaceability, and innovative approaches to recognition and monitoring of areas important for plant diversity, with results feeding into on-the-ground decisions influencing the fate of plants around the world.
Job requirements: The position requires a candidate who can effectively utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques in conservation science. The role is based at Kew Gardens with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
