Role Summary
- Manage the daily operations of our London office to create a fun, safe, and friendly environment.
- Oversee visitors and manage office equipment.
- Support in organising company events.
- Assist HR Manager in recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and preparing HR documents.
Role Requirements
- Experience in administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attentive to details and able to work under deadlines.
- Either have or be working towards a CIPD level 3, although not mandatory.

The role: As an Office & HR Administrator at SportPursuit, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our London office and core HR administration. This includes creating a fun, friendly, and safe environment for those wanting to come into the office, managing office equipment, overseeing visitors, and assisting in organizing company events. You will also support our HR Manager in recruitment processes, maintain HR records, and prepare HR documents.
Job requirements: The successful candidate must have experience working in an administrative support role, be well-organized, able to prioritize and work to deadlines, and have strong attention to detail. Experience in Microsoft Office is essential. A CIPD level 3 or working towards this is nice to have but not essential.
