Role Summary
- Perform high-quality repairs on technical outerwear, apparel, and bags using industrial sewing equipment.
- Engage directly with customers, managing product intake, outtake and maintaining inventory of trims.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet high quality and communication standards.
Role Requirements
- A passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to environmental conservation.
- Prior experience in repairing technical products, working with outdoor textiles, heat press and industrial sewing machines.
- Fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental conservation. You should have experience repairing technical products and working with outdoor textiles, including using a heat press and industrial sewing machines. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and additional European languages are a plus.
