Role Summary:
- In the role of Senior Web & CRO Manager, you will be responsible for transforming cold audiences into customers via engaging, data-driven web experiences.
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to launch, test, refine, and optimise our website experience to attract new customers.
- This role primarily entails experimentation and conversion optimisation, experience design and site optimisation, capturing inbound marketing traffic, and owning the marketing website roadmap.
Role Requirements:
- Significant experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Marketing or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with website builders and CMS platforms, preferably Builder.io/Prismic.
- Proficiency in rapid experimentation and learning cycles, with a good understanding of analytics and data literacy.
- Familiarity with tools like Looker or Tableau, and basic SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of business growth strategies.

The Role: As a Senior Web & CRO Manager at TrustedHousesitters, you will be responsible for turning cold audiences into customers through engaging, data-led web experiences. You will work directly in our CMS (Builder.io) and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to launch, test, and refine website experiences that drive new customers to join our platform. Your role will involve experimentation and conversion optimization, experience design and site optimization, capturing inbound marketing traffic, and owning the marketing website roadmap.
Job Requirements: - Significant experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Marketing, or related fields. - Hands-on experience with website builders and CMS platforms, ideally Builder.io/Prismic. - Proficiency in rapid experimentation and learning cycles. - Strong grasp of analytics and data literacy, comfortable using BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and basic SQL knowledge is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for non-expert audiences. - Commercial awareness and understanding of how business growth is achieved.
