We’re launching a brand-new sports restaurant at JA The Resort and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and drive excellence from day one.

Job Summary

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the full operation of our sports-themed dining outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Forbes standards. You will play a key role in launching the concept, leading the team, and driving both operational and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring top-tier service standards

  • Drive the successful launch of the new restaurant concept

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with Forbes standards

  • Manage and develop a multicultural team through training and leadership

  • Plan and execute promotions and innovative concepts

  • Oversee menu engineering and stay aligned with global trends

  • Manage P&L performance, food cost control, and inventory

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

  • Benchmark and maintain competitive service and product standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality

Certifications:

  • Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene – Required

  • Advanced Food Hygiene – Preferred

  • WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Certification – Advanced preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role within a high-end or luxury property

  • Proven experience in sports bar/restaurant concepts

  • Forbes-standard service experience is essential

  • Background in high-quality bar or lounge operations

  • Strong track record in launching concepts and promotions

  • Experience in staff training and development

  • Skilled in managing diverse, multicultural teams

Skills:

  • Strong financial awareness (P&L, cost control)

  • Menu engineering expertise

  • Knowledge of global food & beverage trends

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
