Responsibilities: Handling inbound customer interactions Managing low-complexity sales Supporting Sales Managers with portfolio clients Providing product information and guidance Ensuring high-quality customer experience Building foundational skills for future Sales roles Handling inbound customer interactions via tickets, phone and chats Requirements: Fluent English and French Previous experience in a customer-facing position would be a plus Desire to work in a result-driven start-up Great written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset Empathy and positive attitude toward customers Ability to work both independently and in a group Eagerness to learn An open mind and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus points: fluency in Polish
