We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and play an active role in driving revenue growth. In this position, you will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across diverse markets. What you’ll do - Preparing state-of-the-art sales offers for both one-time packaging purchases and long-term contracts - Understanding customer needs and translating them into accurate packaging specifications and technical requirements - Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention - Re-engaging existing accounts and identifying opportunities for account growth - Negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and payment conditions with new and recurring customers - Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer lock-in strategies - Taking ownership of revenue targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing commercial role - Fluent Polish, English (C1+) & French language proficiency (C1+) - Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market research principles - Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including commercial negotiations and deal closing - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention activities - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk Sell) and MS Office / Google Workspace - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach

Nice to Have - Experience in the packaging, printing, manufacturing, e-commerce, or SaaS industries - Experience working with custom products and complex stakeholder environments
