£40-55k base salary, depending on experience. Full-time. Also open to part-time applicants (4 days per week). London, hybrid. Role overview: Weʼre a fast-growing, outdoors-inspired drinks company. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with strong supply chain experience to join our team and help us keep up with demand. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the heart of our ordering, production and logistics. You’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouses around the world appropriately stocked. You will report into our founders, and work day-to-day alongside our existing sales-operations and finance teams. Key responsibilities: • Supply chain: looking after our procurement, production and inventory. Managing those relationships. • Production: ensuring we make enough Pentire bottles and cans to keep up with demand. • Inventory management: oversee our warehouse locations in the UK / USA / EU, ensuring inventory is managed effectively and levels are accurately tracked. The person we’re looking for: • Proven experience in supply chain management (3+ years). • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential. • Experience in cross-border logistics, demand planning, and downstream order processing is a plus. • Detail-oriented: You love to focus on the smallest details while working towards the bigger picture. You value accuracy and have a solution-focused approach. • Strong data management and analytical skills to drive process improvements and efficiency. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with suppliers, warehouse teams and other stakeholders. • Organised and ambitious, with the ability to work with urgency, flexibility and a proactive mindset. • Self-managing with the ability to handle time and projects independently.
