Role Summary

  • An incredible opportunity for a well organised, pro-active all rounder who wants to be a key part of the inner workings of a scaling consumer brand.
  • Comfortable working across a range of tasks from office operations and supporting of the founders, through to servicing our community of trade and direct to consumers.
  • Primarily a short-term role (4-6 months) that could progress to a full-time role.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in growth companies, ideally in consumer.
  • Loves problem solving and takes initiative without being asked.
  • Customer facing and confident.
  • Comfortable arranging and hosting community events, partnerships and collaborations.
  • A good base level tech understanding, and quick to grasp systems like Notion, Shopify, Google etc.
  • Comfortable with basic EA level work.
  • Enjoys systems, being organised and relishes attention to detail.
  • Happy to be on content days and contributing with all media where needed.
  • Organised, efficient, and pro-active by nature.
  • An outgoing ‘people person’.
  • Brave. Happy to take action and embrace the learnings.
  • Happy with occasional national travel.

£37k base salary (pro-rata) Cornwall (hybrid) 2-4 days per week. Short or long term contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE An incredible opportunity for a well organised, pro-active all rounder who wants to be a key part of the inner workings of a scaling consumer brand. You’ll need to be comfortable working across a range of tasks from office operations and supporting of the founders, through to servicing our community of trade and direct to consumers. It’s important to be comfortable reaching up and down, whilst collaborating effectively across the organisation. This is primarily a short-term role (4-6 months) that could progress to a full time role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Experience in growth companies, ideally in consumer. • Loves problem solving and takes initiative without being asked. • Customer facing and confident. You’ll be an ambassador of the brand everywhere you go, like with samplings, events, customer drop ins and on comms. • Comfortable arranging and hosting community events, partnerships and collaborations. • A good base level tech understanding, and quick to grasp systems like Notion, Shopify, Google etc. • Comfortable with basic EA level work. • Enjoys systems, being organised and relished attention to detail. • Happy to be on content days and contributing with all media where needed.

NICE TO HAVE & NOT ESSENTIAL • Experience in community management. • Creative and brand experience. • Experience in the digital stack surrounding the role, e.g Shopify, social channels. • Media, influencer, and content experience. • Drinks industry experience.

Location: We have offices in London and Cornwall with a hybrid working policy. This role would be mostly based out of our studio in Rock, along with some remote or out with customers and community.
