Role Summary
- Support the day-to-day operation of Tribe’s Risk and Compliance function

We’re hiring a Risk & Compliance Analyst
We’re looking for a risk & compliance analyst to support our risk and compliance function.
About the role As a Risk & Compliance Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of Tribe’s Risk and Compliance function, helping to ensure the firm meets its regulatory and governance obligations to a consistently high standard. The role spans a broad range of activities, including maintaining compliance registers and records, coordinating reporting and monitoring processes, supporting policy reviews, and preparing materials for internal governance and oversight. You’ll work closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and teams across the business, contributing to a culture of strong governance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement – while building practical experience across compliance and risk in a growing, purpose-driven firm.
