As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will be part of a growing team based from our Central and Eastern Europe hub in Munich, and part of an established global Sales team. Your main responsibilities in this role include: The exciting task of supporting our customers in the DACH & Poland region Acting as a link between our customers and internal teams, working closely with the product and partnerships team to continuously improve our offerings for customers in Central and Eastern Europe. Managing leads and providing a positive first contact experience for our potential customers through effective consultation; this includes handling incoming calls from interested parties as well as making outbound calls as part of our sales strategy. Working closely with our external partners to ensure a high conversion rate for the leads we receive from them. Taking responsibility for managing your own customer base through personalized consulting and support. Having the opportunity to work on and further develop existing processes.
