Head of People & Culture

We're excited to share that we are hiring a Head of People & Culture.

This is a senior role for someone who believes that investing in people is one of the most powerful ways to build organisational impact.

Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team and Directors, you'll shape the people systems, learning, and culture that enable our team to do their best work, helping us continue to support refugee entrepreneurs across the UK.

The role at a glance:

• 20 hours per week (53% FTE)
• £26,384 part-time salary (£49,782 full-time equivalent)
• Initial 12-month contract, with the opportunity to renew
• UK only, Greater London preferred

Start date: Monday 7 September 2026
